ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Rachel and I’m your Virtual Administrator & Event Support Partner.

I am passionate - along with a good coastal walk - for helping people, working through ideas and creating easier ways to tackle or manage things, be it in your own business or just tackling the day to day admin challenges we all face as wives, mums, and business owners.

Helping someone find extra time in their day to give back to use for other things, is priceless and knowing I make a difference makes my job so worthwhile..

My Experience

I have had the privilege of working in a variety of organisations and roles, spanning 30+ years. Including national account administration, sales & marketing coordination, community sports club admin, customer services assistant, and both corporate and community event administration, planning and support.

With exposure to many sectors; community not for profit, building maintenance & property management, accounting, facilities management, health and fitness, community sport, and various other home-based businesses.

I have a wide cross section of experience in different industries and how they work, in which I have also gained an immense amount of customer service knowledge, appreciation and understanding, and I love helping to support my local community.

As a small business owner, and mum wearer of many hats! my skills, knowledge, vast local business connections, and ability to multitask are, let's just say, well versed!  I love nothing more than a project or challenge; I am always keen to learn new things and I enjoy collaborating and connecting with all kinds of people and small business owners.

Being the key organizer in our home, I am self-motivated, reliable, honest, and have a strong attention to detail. I think outside of the Box, see tasks through to a successful conclusion, and am very comfortable working and reporting at all levels.

I always seek to deliver the most practical solutions and support I can that truly make a difference to the lives of others by making them easier and less stressful. Connection and being valued for what I do are important values to me, and this builds a successful long-term relationship built upon integrity and trust.
